As a caregiver, numerous tasks are calling out for your attention and energy each day.  The to-do list can be long, and it can feel impossible to step away, even if only for a few moments, for much needed time for yourself. However, investing a small amount of time in yourself can have a lasting, positive impact on your ability to care for those around you. Studies show that overall well-being can be improved by focusing on our mental and emotional health. Taking a few minutes out of your day to recharge and refocus through a simple activity or task can help you be a better caregiver by connecting you with interests that have meaning. What if you set aside 15 minutes today to reconnect with something you love? Here are 15 ideas to try as you work to take care of yourself in this caregiving journey:
    1. Put on a favorite song and dance or sing along
    2. Work a puzzle
